Most ********** insurance

I was involved in an accident on the 18th of November 2019, we have comprehensive car insurance with Integrisure or so I thought, on the same day the claim was registered with integrisure and this is where the wait had started today is the 9th of December and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed as the claim was only approved on the 5th of December. Here is where it gets more interesting Integrisure insisted that my mags be sent away to get fixed and according to the Panelbeater it will take 10 days and that they will be closing on the 13th of December and I will most likely be without my vehicle until they reopen on tge the 6th of January 2020 how is this possible that it can take so long? And when I follow up with them they always say they will get back to me but they never do!!!
