Loss adjustor and no feedback

Roughly 3 weeks ago I had been held up at gunpoint on my way home whereby my items were taken out of my boot and off me, it was then reported to the insurance company and the claim was then in process. The lady that was assisting me with the claim had no feedback for me well after a week which I then called in to find out what is the progress of the claim only to find out that she is on leave. Could nobody else take over my claim in her absence or even just the decency to let me know. I then spoke to an assessor last Monday which was done telephonic and by the end of that week her report was still not in as yet so I requested to speak to a manager and that is when I requested an assessor to come and speed up the process as my laptop needs to be replaced and this is a form of income towards my salary as I use it for work. The assessor then came to my home where I showed him the vehicle and explained to him what happened and this guy John De Jager who I dealt with before on a previous claim a couple years ago is extremely rude and has no way of speaking to a client that just been through an ordeal with a firearm. I have given him all the information that I could possibly give regarding the items and he called me today extremely rude to a client that has been with this company well over 5 years and the items that I am claiming for are covered on my policy so what is the big deal here.?

This guy John was insulting me on the phone and working in the insurance industry for so long myself will not accept this at all and I will request the recordings and take this matter further. There is no way that a paying client should go through this type of treatment after going through a crime.
