Is this some kind of poor joke you are playing on me?

<p>So I cancelled my policy but as the debit orders had already been sent to the bank I had to pay and wait for a refund. That was the 1st, tomorrow so the 14th and still no refund. When does your MD actually get involved or is this just a pathetic joke you are playing on me in an attempt to keep me?</p>
