IntergriSure Goes The Extra Mile Again

IntegriSure has once again exceeded my expections in doing something I have not experienced from any other insurer... Being insured, at least yearly you will receive some notification from your insurer, be it an annual reviews or a notification on changes in your benefits. Most of the time, many just ignore this or simply do not fully comprehend all the jargon. IntegriSure goes the extra mile by complimenting this with a call to ensure their customers have received and more importantly understood the notification. When I mentioned this to #@Malani, her response was amazing and definately not scripted. Malani mentioned that IntegriSure believe that a customer is a family member and it is important to them that they walk with each client to ensure a healthy relationship, and not just the pursuit of profits. Well Done Malani and the IntegriSure Team !!!
