Integrisure - Take out your shower every 10 years, or it will be wear and tear!

On the 12th of July contacted Integrisure to inform them that there is water leaking from the 2nd story bathroom through the chandelier in the dining room. I received one call from them in almost a month where Candice informed me that the claim was referred to Santam and she will let me know by the end of the week that was a week ago. This morning they say it is rejected as wear and tear. The 2 service providers that came out said it is NOT wear and tear as it is not visible with the naked eye. You can only get to the leak if you take out the shower floor and the surrounding tiles. How on earth am I supposed to maintain that?? Take out the shower every 10 years and check? Insurance companies are honestly just looking for a way out. Thank you, Mr. Assessor job, well done for saving money so you can get more work. Love it. People be warned this insurance company will leave you hanging, no feedback and then say oops that is on you. I think it is a ******* and I will not leave it there. Thank you Integrisure for you lack of service and trying to ***** over the public.
