Integrisure reluctand

We have our policy for years now with this compony. We recently discovered that our walls in the house are wet of moisture. We discovered that the waterpipes run under the building at one section and damage were noticed on our walls. We immediately report it to them and furthermore redirect the pipes so that it do not run under the specific section. We received a call from them that they will not approve the claim due to that it happened over time and that the pipes were rusted. We indeed would rectify the problem if we knew about it but in fact reported the damage immediately/fixed the pipes. Integrisure is not to assist someone , they actually just see where they can reject claims. Why do we took out insurance, for the unforseen. How the hell could I foresee that a pipe will start leaking and how must I do if I cannot see the pipe. This to me was unforseen and the say its like a car radiator. The hoses must be replaced from time to time to prevent damage to the radiator. Never in my life have I thought that I must take my house for a service and never did I knew that the pipes run under the building. If the roof neefs paint, I paint it. But what I cannot see or even know of such, how the hell. Dont trust Integrisure!!
