Have only been with them a few months and have had to claim for a minor car accident. From the consultant who sold me the policy to the young gentleman handling the claim, they have been efficient and organised. They have also guided me step by step as to the claim process and sorted the assessor and panelbeater both of whom came to the house to assess and quote on repairs!
