Integrisure leaves me out of pocket when claiming
Samsung S8 phone insured with Integrisure for R15,000 and premiums paid on that amount. Upon claiming I received market value for the phone, less over R1,000 excess. That leaves me with not enough money to replace the phone. If paying premium on an item for R15,000 why do I not receive this amount when making a claim??? (or at least enough back to replace the phone and also cover excess)? I would like feedback on this.

20 Oct 2018, 19:22Integrisure paid me out for my lost samsung S6 but the amount reimbursed is around R1500-R2000 short if I want to replace the model I claimed for. I have been in touch with claims dept and customer service who told me I would get a call back after listening to their recorded calls - I am still waiting!
