A taxi hit into me at 7.20am. I called Integrisure immediately. In under 5 minutes the towing dept called me back. Within minutes of that call, my vehicle had been towed. Thirty minutes later, I received a call to say my vehicle was safe at Renew-It and, an assessor had been assigned. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from Eric the assessor saying my vehicle had been assessed and now a cost estimate would be done. During this time, I had already received a call from First Car Rental saying a vehicle would be delivered to me at 1pm or I could collect from Lanseria. I opted to collect from Lanseria. Within 3 hours of my first call, I was completely sorted and I ONLY MADE ONE CALL. Monday was a public holiday. Tuesday morning first thing I received a call from Wendy a Claims Executive from Integrisure. My claim had been approved and the vehicle was going to be repaired by Renew It Rivonia. The excellent service just kept coming as then I received a call from Wiena at Renew It Rivonia confirming they would be completely repairs on my vehicle, they gave me a timeline of repairs and the contact person should I have any questions. Within an hour I received a text message to say my vehicle repair had begun and my vehicle was in disassembly. I cannot believe that I made just one call! Outstanding service delivery that completely outdid my expectations. Incredible from every member of the team in each department. Thank you Integrisure!
