IntegriSure (Ian Havenga) & EuropaAssistance (Liane Fourie, Werner Earle, Emmarentia Magalhaes) NOT resolving serious electricity issue cause by them

My mother is insured under IntegriSure and had a problem with her main power cable coming into her home. This cable had to be replaced, but the contractors used by IntegriSure called Europ Assitance SA has been pathetic with the work they completed. The Europ Assistance SA technician could not fit into the manhole of the roof and ran the main power cable from the box, through the window over the floor to the DB box.

He also did not have the required 10A cable, so he connected 2 x 2.5A cables in parallel to try and make up half the Ampage required.

This was done in November 2023. We have logged a complaint the 30th of July with Ian Havenga from IntegriSure. At first they could not find the claim, until my mother shared the SMS details with them.

It was again send to Europ Assistance SA, who eventually started an email trail that has not had any resolution to date. Update request Emails are just being forwarded to the Europ Assistance SA escalations email address with no response.

In the meantime my mother lives alone in her home that is very dangerous to operate out of.

I know customer service is not one of the biggest things in SA anymore, but please help me to get this resolved a.s.a.p.
