Integrisure gives excellent service

I recently initiated a claim with my insurers Integrisure for a burst water mains on my property. From the moment I contacted them I was constantly updated on progress and they regularly requested documentation which I needed to provide. On my side there was a delay in obtaining an invoice from the plumber. Nevertheless Integrisure continued to contact me and they could have closed the claim due to my hesitance. But instead they honoured their commitment to me as a customer and assisted me and paid very promptly. It was completely hassle free experience and a breath of fresh air compared to my previous insurance company and others I have dealt with in the past. Too often we readily complain but there are equally good reasons when we should also make known companies that are efficient and customer orientated. Integrisure is such one company.
