Integrisure doesnt want to cancel our policy

Hi integrisure, my husband and I wanted to cancel our policy. I wrote to you on the app.

When someone rang they wanted to speak to my husband. He was in hospital at the time. As his wife I asked to you to cancel the policy. But it wasnt done.

The next time I spoke to someone from Integrisure I had to tell you that my husband has died. Now I am told the policy cant be cancelled until all the right documents have been sent.

What *******. I can cancel our contract at any time. Just today you took another huge payment from my late husband's account. This is directly against our request to cancel the policy.

I took out insurance somewhere else in the meantime!!!!

STOP THE POLICY!
