Integrisure does not care for its customers!

I have been a loyal customer of Integrisure for 10 years. Within that 10 year period I had insured my very expensive refrigerator. My first claim on a refrigerator issue was October 2023. Integrisure sent an assessor and repair company to resolve the issue. Needless to say the issue was not fully fixed and Integrisure did not bother to follow up. In October of this year I logged a call for assistance on the same issue with my refrigerator. This time the service received from Integrisure was terrible. I was sent to europ assist who sent me back to integrisure and it was a tennis match. Needless to say both times I called Integrisure the fridge started warming after power failures in the area. The refrigerator has not been working since 15 October. In the last assessment of my refrigerator, when Paragon came out the display on my refrigerator was working. After Paragon left I reported that the display unit was left not working. Integrisure has informed me after first it being a compressor issue (as per the first assessment around 19th October), that they cannot repair or replace my refrigerator or the broken display that resulted after Paragons assessment due to component failure as per Paragons assessment report. I have taken surge protection, and mechanical protection cover on my refrigerator, have paid my premiums for 10 years and to get no assistance even on a repair of my refrigerator is appalling. I am tired of having to pay huge premiums and it’s actually all for nothing. Considering Integrisure doesn’t care about its customers, don’t waste your time thinking they are good cause when it comes to it, they don’t care. They won’t even cover the spoilt items in the refrigerator.
