Integrisure are not paying out funeral policy

policy apparently through asupol in the name of JP Ebertsohn. Mr JP Ebertsohn's father passed away on the 11 May 2018. Documents were submitted on the evening of the 19th May 2018. Policy Number 755/24067. We have been dealing with a person with the name Dorcas. Integrisure promise every day that they will pay out the policy, but until today no money has been paid out.. This is the worst place to do business with. Do not take out a funeral policy with them because you will never get your money. My cell number is ********** 390
