Integresure - not so much!!

I am very dissapointed with a claim that was rejected..

As a 1st time boat owner, i was unsure of what i was letting myself in for, and for that reason i decided to insure my boat, incl. the motors. I made the call, and specifically asked if the motors will be insured for example, if they blew. and the reply i received was, YES! As it was a 2nd hand boat, i ensured that the motors were serviced before i used the boat. I went out to sea 5 times with no issues. The 6th time i went out something went wrong with the autolube and a crank bearing blew. Now after rejecting my claim they say that the motor did't "blow up" and that it is mechanical failure. Integresure advised me that they would send me complaint forms..Still waiting.. Simple to take your money, never simple when its their turn to pay out..
