Integraure said late estate car not co verd now refusing to pay all premiums back

Ny mom Insured my laye brothers car a few months ago after he passed away,the car not yet on her name,They took premiums everymonth and this morning called stating we must cancel as car not yet on her name ,They now send a letter stating we requested cancelation but we didn't They said car or person driver were never covered THIS IS ***** MY MOM REQUESTING ALL HER PAYMENTS ON ATOS MADE TO BE PAIID BAXK TO HER ASAP She inherited the car but process still ongoing
