Insurance company who doesn't settle claims
I have submitted a motor vehicle claim on the 16 March 2015 and am still waiting for Integrisure to settle the claim.<br> The problem:<br> Integrisure wouldn't settle my account with Motor Finance Corporation before receipt of original vehicle registration papers.<br> Motor Finance Corporation would not release original motor vehicle registration papers before account is not settled by Integrisure.<br> This process is causing the delay in the settlement of the claim since 16 March, among very many other issues.<br> Where does this leave me, the client?

We are well aware of your claim and the frustration caused by your financier.
You financed your vehicle thought Nedbank's MFC and they registered their interest as financier in your vehicle on the National Traffic Information System (NATIS). To enable the insurer to process your, now written-off, vehicle in accordance with the law we need the registration documents released by MFC. For a reason unbeknown to us MFC with held the documentation requested. We, after escalating the delay with MFC, received confirmation that the documentation is being couriered today. We will keep you posted.
