I would like to commend Dean Naidoo from Integrisure for the amazing service provided. Dean assisted me with my motor claim on the 6th of April 2024 from sending of the tow truck to organising me car hire with Avis and following up when my car was completed. Thank you Dean for everything that you did for me to make this claim process flawless. You are a super star. Dean sent Cameron from First Help to tow my car. It was getting dark and he ensured they came through as soon as possible as I was alone. I would like to thank Cameron for waiting with me and keeping me company while we waited for the flat bed. The team at First help were super friendly and caring. I appreciate the calls made to check if I was home safe. I would also thank Vaughn Hugo (the assessor) for the approvals process and making it seamless. I really appreciate it
