I received amazing service from a Claims Executive Andrea Peters. From the time my accident happened and I call through to Integrisure, I managed to get the through to Andrea who got the towing service to my bike to secure it for me because I had to be leave the scene in a ambulance. After being discharged from hospital I managed to get through to Andrea who made the whole claim process effortless and was very informative at every steps of the claims process. She has been empathetic, caring, reassuring and just gave the best overall service during a really painful, confusing and stressful time. I would like to thank you Andrea for the amazing over and above service that you have given me over the last week and I would say without a doubt that Integrisure really has a superstar working for them.
