Horrible service

Someone tampered with my car it couldnt start. I called insurance to tow it and they told me that the dealerships were already closed (this is around 16:30 on 26 May2015). I told them to tow my car to nearest safe place which is my sisters house. I waited 2hours for tow truck to come and assist. Today27 May 2015. I called Integrisure again and they only regsitered my claim now, they returned my call to advise that they cant fetch my car because i've used my 1tow per accident. How in hell is that my problem? They told me that the dealerships are closed. Was i supposed to leave my car in JHB CBD? So the lady i spoke to now said she'll have to retreive yesterdays call and only get back to me tomorrow. How are they going to fix my car if they dont collect it?
