Honestly I am a person with very little spare time. Since my inception up to my claims call, I haven't hesitated or anticipated any problems. The staff that I have dealt with were professional, patient and very knowledgeable, which in our economy where service has gone is Priceless for me. I've dealt with Andrea today, she had empathy, she didn't treat me like a number In q. She explained the processes.
