Great - Until you need to claim...

The Integrisure experience lacks transparency honesty and trust. These are some the experiences from my claims over the past years

-An assessor tried to force me to use his panel beater - An advisor said that this is in the policy documents but could not prove it - - Replaced a damaged phone with one that was blacklisted and did not want to get involved and passed the buck to their chosen supplier for me to sort out

- Tried to apply a basic excess to my policy when I pay for an excess waiver. - Advisor said that Integrisure can make changes to your policy and merely send a new document with the changes buried within - without being explicit of the change in the contract. - The advisors could not explain and gave differing information - Then ignored my complaints when raised

If one purchases Insurance to ensure peace of mind - this is not what you will receive. Everything is great till you need to claim and then their integrity comes into question as per above.
