Great service from Dawie Pieterse!!

Good day I'd like to compliment Dawie Pieterse. I am going to post my satisfaction on every platform I can find!! If possible I'd like to get a contact for the director/s because my expectations were blown away.

In December 2021 Dawie assisted me with an insurance quote for two vehicles and household content and my laptop. Initially I had insurance with Virseker for my household content and laptop. The quotes I received from them to add the two vehicles were exorbitant. The total would've been around R 2200. Dawie gave me a quote which was not only saving me R500+, the value of the insurance was more than what Virseker offered. Additional value at a much cheaper rate..like WHAAAAT!!!???

I made contact with Dawie to add a cellphone. Vodacom quoted me R149pm.. Normally cellphone insurance are quite expensive but once again Dawie beat Vodacom's quote by quoting me R67!!!

Yes to some extent the pricing factor plays a role but the level of professionalism Dawie displayed is quite refreshing. The overall level of service in South Africa has proven to be pathetic but Dawie made me believe that there still are some that has a passion for rendering a service to others. It is clear that this is not just a job to Dawie, he actually wants to make a difference in other people's lives.

Coming from a service environment myself I am not easily impressed but... Well done Dawie..
