Every detail about progress was clearly communicated via telephone calls, sms / whatsapp and email ensuring that if I missed a call then I would see the email and whatsapp. This constant communication kept me happy and informed as there have not been any blank spaces i.t.o. progress up to now. Over and above Andrea was very professional, helpful in explaining areas unclear to me in a friendly and patient manner. She made the claims process stressfree and a smooth experience.
