February claim still outstanding

<p>In February 2016, I submitted a claim (GS100926CLM) for a small fender bender to Integrisure, confident that their usual crisp service would ensue. Sadly the claim is still outstanding in spite of numerous promises in a long exchange of emails. In the end, I paid the claimant myself and was assured that it would be refunded by the company. 9 months later this is still not settled - in complete contrast to Integrisuare's normal fine service. Help!</p>
