Faulty replacements and zero accountability or transparency

Beware of this company they replace your unit with faulty ones and give you the runaround thereafter. Accepting no responsibility and do not even bother to return your phone calls.

I requested the telephone recordings relating to my complaint and was told that it cannot be supp**** until the agent speaks to management - Zero transparency Zero Accountability.

My TV was replaced by Integrisure with a faulty unit. 7 months later and I am still trying to get them to even come and have a look to verify.

7 moths after submitting a complaint (submitted within a week of receiving the faulty replacement) I am still being given the run around. The technicians who were promised never pitched. Multiple different excuses.

7 months later a new excuse emerges that I should refer to the manufacturer because the product is under their warranty.

They act as judge and jury without even the opportunity for you to prove your claim.
