False Adverti*****t

I am with Integrisure from Feb 2018 I have put in a claim in April 2018 it was great service and quick pay out. I got a letter today - they regret to inform me that my premium has to increase due to my claim. On Groot Ontbyt on channel 144 the lady that does the adverti*****t confirms that your premium wont go up for the first year even if you had a claim.

This is so false where is there loyalty??

I will have to post it on Groot Ontbyt's webpage so that other people does not fall for false adverti*****t.
