<p>Very Bad Claim experience - be carefull/<br />Negligence and ********* business practise/ Rotten service</p> <p>Having been a loyal client for a number of years I am utterly disgusted with the recent service I have received. Rotten service / 4 weeks and still no Yet again, Insurance sharks refuse to pay claims</p> <p> <br />After a burglary on 05/2016 I submitted a claim. Today and I am yet to hear a word from Integrisure !!! Ombudsman can expect some complaints from me !</p>

I logged my claim on MAY2016, after having to send numerous emails and msgs, I NEVER GOT CALLS UNLESS I CALL - WAS INFORMED THEY appointed assessor

I have submitted a BURGLAR/ HOUSE BREAK claim on the MAY 2016 and am still waiting for Integrisure to settle the claim.
The problem:
Integrisure wouldn't settle my CLAIM YEY I HAVE PROVIDED THEM WITH ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTATIONS – SAPS CASE NUMBERS – DETAILS OF SUSPECTS INCLUDING THE TENANT THAT POTED HE DI THE BREAK INS – ASSESSORS MET WITH TENTANTS AND DON’T WANT TO REVEAL THE ADDRESS FOR ACCUSED/SUSPECT FOR SAPS TO MAKE ARRES FOR ******** CASE AND MALICIOS DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY
This process is causing the delay in the settlement of the claim since MAY 2016 – AND MY PROPERTY IS OPEN FOR FURTHER BREAKINS VANDALISATION, NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER AS THEY STOLE – BROKEN BUILD IN CUPBOARDS AS YOU CAN SEE IT WAS PURPOSELY DAMAGED AS PER EX TENANT SMS AND WHATS APP MESSAGES, among very many other issues.
Where does this leave me, the client? PAYING PREMIUMS ON TIME – NO PROBLEMS 1ST CLAIM EVER AND I RECEIVE THIS
