Extremely upset - what's the point of insurance?

Although Integrisure has been a very good insurance service provider. I am not happy with the outcome of my insurance claim.

My vehicle got broken into. I had a witness see how the ********* tampered with my car while I was busy on the other side locking it. He then saw them knock my door open and jump into a getaway vehicle with various items from car. The items ****** amounted to Roughly R80 000 and included my macbook pro. (Which is the main item I'm claiming for)

Unfortunately the ********* were smart enough to break in without forcing their entry. And thanks to them deciding not to break a window or anything, insurance has decided not to pay out.

I'm sure I'm not the only person who's complained about similar issues. But it's just frustrating that you pay a monthly insurance fee for this exact reason, and then they won't pay out just because the ********* didn't follow the "insurance company guide book to breaking into a vehicle."

There was absolutely zero reason for me to pay a monthly insurance fee, I'd have been better off saving that money myself for a rainy such as this.
