Exceptional service

I called into the call center to make a change on my policy, the lady I spoke to, think her name was either Natalie or Natasha, was so friendly and helpful. Her telephone manner was exceptional, and she took time to ensure I understood my policy. I have not received such exceptional service from a call center in many years. Well done and keep up the great work.
