Dreadful service from assessor and contractor
My complaint is not against Integrisure as much as it is against the people they outsource. We had a break in at our already sold not yet registered empty house in Randburg due to COJ disconnecting the electricity wrongfully. The claim took about 2 months to finalise but I could live with that. About 2 weeks ago the new owners complained that the gas stove that needed fixing is still not working. I contacted the contractor Pieter from PH projects to find out what happened. After giving me some background I told him that I do believe that he did not do his job properly, he was very offended and called my husband to complain about me. I then phoned Integrisure and was assured that Pieter will complete the job. I do not even want to go into the accusations he through at me. I was advised to contact the assessor John De Jager to follow up on the issue. I contacted him, explained the situation and he said he will follow it up. After 5 days of trying to get hold of him for feedback, he finally picked up, after listening to what he had to say, I explained my situation to him again because he did not answer my questions, only to be told by John De Jager that I am so rude because I did not give him a chance to speak (I did for the first 5min of the call I made using my airtime)and he hung up on me without saying another word. It's been about 4 months since the break in and I am beyond frustrated.
