Damaged tv when loaded it into my vehicle

I'm inured with Integrisure for at least 5 years and never had a claim. On the 14th of August I moved to another house and while loading my tv into the car I bumped it by accident. I phoned Integrisure and they told me that I can't claim for the tv as I was busy moving. This is really bad service and not what I expected from them seeing that they are a insurance company for people older than 50?????
