I was assisted by Nikiti who was very efficient and helpful.

I do feel there's room for improvement in terms of sounding the part as well. It lacked just a little friendliness but overall it was a good interaction and client experience.

I switched over from Old Mutual after more than 20years and must say that the service at Intergrisure is keeping me a happy client!
