Claims: USELESS

<p> </p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="color: #555555; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt;">I gave in a claim in on the 6th of April, ***essor made appointment to come look. As we have large dogs, we need to cordon them off before they come, so important that they keep to Appointment. Appointment was at 9h00 but guys turned up after 15h00. Then took photos etc.. Measurements etc.. Following week, a contractor made appointment to come quote on ceiling. Another week later with no water and no repairs? I called again the ***essor, he was under the impression that the Contractor was doing water and ceiling, Contractor is under impression that he is ONLY doing the ceiling?. By THIRD week I call contractor whom thought Plumber was ALREADY there done job? ***essor called and I said the guy you sent was a total fool. Trouncing around taking photos, taking measurements, when you didn’t access the job properly and Contractor still didn’t have the Photos? By now its THREE weeks with NO water, when the ***essor tells me to do the plumbing MYSELF? Well why didn’t you tell me this THREE weeks ago? When you call Integrisure then they tell you they are shocked and will find out what’s happening, and come back to you? BUT no one EVER calls you back. Then when you ask Contractor what’s going on? He says INTEGRISURE said they will make another plan? Then you call Intergisure they say they don’t know what I’m talking about, they will call the ***essor find out and come back to me? No one calls back. At the end of week three I say I’m out of the country for a week. CALL ME the following week to make appointment to fix it? Guess what NO ONE CALLED. i call them the next day and say what the ****? They say they are waiting FOR ME TO CALL THEM! Ok that sorted, call the ***essor to call contractor to start. The contractor CALLS ME, makes an appointment for WEEK 6, what happens? Week 6 Monday NO ONE TURNS UP. Monday afternoon I say, what happened? Integrisure AGAIN, don’t know, will call me back. AGAIN, no one calls. Tuesday I CALL AGAIN. On Tuesday Week 6, Integrisure says they will PAY ME TO DO JOB SELF. Why did the Contractor not turn? No one knows. I said let a MANAGER call ME and explain. What do they turn around and state? (Because I was complaining that the USELESS ***essor came did photos, measurements and did a useless job, that after THREE weeks of no water I had to do plumbing MYSELF?) No the ***essor says I don’t want to allow black people on my property that’s why the contractor. ***????? I was ****TING ***essor out because they sent a guy doing a ******* ***essment that took three weeks when they could have told me do the plumbing myself and I could have had water after FOUR DAYS? SURELY the ***essor and the contractor is two different people? WHY IN THE WORLD would I make an appointment with Contractor if I didn’t want him there. What’s Integrisure story? No, we'd rather pay you, you do the job, there is too many people involved (YOU APPOINTED THEM TO CONTACT ME?) and if we call contractor back , he is not going to want to do the job ( I WOULDNT EITHER YOU APPOINTED HIM,CANCELLED HIM,REINSTATED HIM so many ****** times) OUTSURANCE was better than you guys. This is what you get from changing insurance companies. And here I thought it was a good insurance because it’s under SANTAM. Moral:- don’t claim, get them to pay you the money and get your own contractor because their ***essors and contractor are useless in keeping to their word, keeping appointments, and BULL****TING stories to get out of having to travel so far out from Jhb to do the job</span></p> <p> </p>
