Cellphone claim

I took car and specified insurance out with integrisure .I had a accident with my cellphone.I called integrisure and informed them of this on the 4/9/2019.They ask me to get a technical report and and a quote. I did this and email it trough to them. After numerous calls and frustration the claim was handed to a assessor that forgot to contact me.After I called integrisure again the assessor called me the next day that told me he was sorry. He forgot to call me.This is now a month and I am still waiting. If this is how they operate I am scared if I have a vehicle claim.
