Cancelled my policy

Integrisure/Santam cancelled my policy! I had 1 Car accident 3 years ago. Even the rental car was seen as a CLAIM! Recently I claimed for a dent on the car bumper. Damage only R10,000! They claim it as ACCIDENT!

They sent plumber out for inspection on a drain. They looked around for 5 minutes and left. They charged Integrisure R5000. When I mentioned this to them they did NOTHING!

Then over 3 years I had smaller claims that they always brag about that I jave all these extra covers at a minimal fee.

Well well, at 60 nobody wants to insure me now! I was never consulted OR informed of their intentions.

I would pay my own plumber, glasses and car dent had they informed me.

They totally ruined my reputation of 40 years of insurance I had!
