Bad service from integrisure

<p>I have been integrisure's client for years now and i have always trusted them with taking care of all my insurance needs. I got the suprise of my life when i realised that i they have not been administering my policy as well as they should have. I have since asked a consultant to add a samsung S5 of mine to be insured for the value of R8000 and the premium would be around R88 they said. I explicitly asked her to go ahead and add it. However that was not done and i realised that after i logged a claim for my lost cellphone. I was told that there is a recording that has this information. Its been 2 weeks now and i have since asked someone to send it to me and it is still not done. Another consultant to check what the issue could have been. She then got back to me and told me that my Samsung was left at a quote stage , but what worries her is that my previous Iphone was also left at a quote status however it was paid out when i lost it. This is also quite confusing to me as well. I am disgusted by the service i have received to date from integrisure and i even want to move from them to other insurance providers. I pay a lot of money and the least that i deserve from them is proper service !!!!</p>
