Bad service from integrisure

<p> </p> <p>I have cellphone insurance with integrisure. My cellphone was ****** beginning of January. I then logged a claim with integrisure on the 6th of January.</p> <p>I was then asked to send through my proof of ownership and a quote for a new phone. I did send through the proof , however i did explain on my email that i am struggling to get a quote since most companies have stopped selling the phone i had.</p> <p>I sent all this on the 9th of january. I waited for a response and never received one. I then followed up with them on thursday the 12th of January and i was told that the person dealing with my claim was off since monday. What happendd to handing over to ensure that the customer is not affected. I was also told that they only received my email on thursday not when i sent it on monday even though i received a read receipt as well. I guess my outlook **** !</p> <p>Till today i have not received feedback from integrisure , you would swear that i am not even a paying customer. Can someome just give me my insured amount so that i can cancel this whole thing. At this point i dont even want a phone anymore. I just want my money and peace of mind</p>
