All insurance companies in SA are the same , when you are taking out a new policy they don't inform you about the finer details of your cover. when it is time to put in a claim they always find some way to reject your claim. As a person that doesn't work in the insurance business you think that you are covered and everything is in order but only to find out later that there is no cover for this or there is no cover for that which we are not informed of initially. Insurance premiums in SA are not cheap in most cases it is like paying bond the premiums are so high. Also when you request for a recording of your initial conversation with them , they cant give it to you. Citizens in SA should be vary and read the fine prints of your cover very carefully because when it comes time to put in am claim 90% of the time your claims are rejected. All insurance assessors are trained to reject claims because the mare claims they reject the higher their personal bonus are
