Amazing service from Angelo Graham

In Feb 2025, i started shopping for insurance as ours had increased our premiums. I called intergisure and spoke to Angelo Graham. I was very happy with the package he offered and the service he gave. He told me to save his numbers and just give him a call should I need any assistance with anything related to my cover. Fast forward to my wife’s birthday in June, we were involved in a car accident where a drunk guy drove into us and caused the accident. As soon as we were taken out of the car, I called Angelo and told him that we were just involved in an accident. The first question he asked was is everyone ok. I told him my wife and kid were taken to hospital but I was fine just in a bit of pain. The network where the accident happened was bad but Angelo managed to arrange the ambulance and tow truck for us. He kept checking if we were fine and needed any assistance. To cut a long story short, this guy has been texting to check up on my family and I since the day of the accident to date, checking if we are getting better and recovering. He also helped with the insurance claim that has now been successfully approved. Angelo went over and above his call of duty, making us feel like he was not just a broker but a friend who showed love, care, empathy and kindness throughout our ordeal. If we could rate his service we would give him a 15 out of 10. The world needs more people like Angelo and we just want to thank him in public for all that he has done for our family. He deserves to be a leader of a team and train them to be more like him.
