All risk insurance not covering all risks.

I have been happily insured with Integrisure for a couple of years now. I never had any issues with claims until my tablet got ****** out of my bakkie while it was in for a service. According to the fine print on my policy its fine if I lose my tablet, forget it somewhere or even just let it fall in a dam. But what I did is leave the tablet in my bakkie and it got ******. This is a problem because there was no visible signs af a brake in. (They had my key since it was in for a service). So they just told me "sorry your tablet is not covered for that." I told them in the beginning of the claim exactly what happened, but they still had me waste my petrol to go get a quote for a new tablet and I had to phone a vodacom store about 5 times to get a copy of my contract for prove that I actually had the tablet (also something they should have asked me for when I just insured the tablet.) So please guys make sure before you choose someone to insure with.
