Agents kept passing me from one dept to another

I was calling for a road assist when my Mother was stuck with my Sick Grandmother who is even using a Wheel chair. the Agents are kepts referrring me to the next department (Claims and Road Assist) back and forth in between the phone will get hanged-up. I was so devastated with this service. it was real bad.
