Additional excess amounts forced because I am actually now claiming for insurance that I pay for

I have been insured with Integrisure for about 6 years with little to no claim history in that time. Then life happened and we put in 2 claims for our home, we were then penalized with an additional excess amount of R1000 on top of the stand excess for all home cover. Then life happened again, and I claimed for a screen repair to my phone and an additional excess was then again enforced onto our policy, and now unfortunately my phone was ******, and I am having to pay R3500 excess for a replacement phone, this is absolutely madness!

Why dont you calculate all my premiums paid, it wont even come close to the amount of claims we've made. Do you honestly expect people to pay for "insurance" of possibly having something unfortunate happen, and then when we do claim, you forcefully keep putting penalty excess's in the hope that we dont think of claiming? So why have insurance then?

DONT GO WITH INTEGRISURE PEOPLE, unless you just plan on paying without ever claiming.... *******s!!!!!!!!!!!!
