5 Weeks without my car

5 Weeks without my car.

I have a claim with IntegriSure that was submitted on July 3, 2023, minor accident and no third party involved. On July 4, 2023, the inspector came to evaluate the car and the car was collected by the designated panel beater on July 5th from my residence and was drivable. Two weeks after my accident, an assessor from ELA Express Loss Analysts came to my house on July 17. He told me that they would like to obtain a travel log from Tracker, but that they needed a signed consent form, which I signed and sent on July 18, 2023.I called integriSure on July 21 to get the update, and they told me I will get a final update after 5 working days. After waiting for more than 5days on July 27, 2023, I called integriSure for status update. I was told that the assessor is unable to obtain the travel log from tracker. I contacted Tracker, and they advised me to get the log from the app (since the package I have, Tracker Protect, only allows you to get the report via app, not via email). I then downloaded the travel log and emailed it to the assessor on July 27, 2023. And this was the assessor's response to my email regarding the shared travel log. "The attached document is not correct and all the information is not on this report as it is supposed to be (no long and latitude coordinates) and again this report ending on 02/07/2023. This is report is copy and paste and not as received it from Tracker. We have received thousands of reports from Tracker and does not look the same. Please forward me the email directly from Tracker with the attachments which was forwarded to yourself. Otherwise sent the email to Tracker requesting the information and CC me in the email." Upon receiving an email from the assessor, on the same day, July 27, I called IntegriSure (Claims Executive). After my discussion with the integriSure agent, I was told that the assessor and manager would meet, and they would give me an update on July 31 (Monday). Hearing that I can now receive the update after a month of waiting brought me some relief. I then get an email from ELA Express Loss Analysts (Assessor) on Friday, July 28 at 2:00 PM. To sign and commission an affidavit giving consent to ELA Express Loss Analysts for accessing my call data from my cell network. I sent the signed affidavit to the assessor and insurer on July 30,2023.

After all of this, I still do not have an update on my claim. There’s no communication from them and no assurance as to when this process will be concluded. I’ve compiled and submitted all the requested information. I've been very patient, but I'm out of options. Integrisure, can you attend to my claim urgently?
