3rd Party Claim Issue

<p>I had a claim with Integrisure where someone hit my car, I got the care sorted and payed the excess.</p> <p>Integrisure handed my claim over to the Innovation group to handle getting my excess back from the 3rd party that hit me.</p> <p>I have now found out that Innovation group no longer handles the 3rd party claim it is now done by Santam.</p> <p>This happend on the 1st of July and I was not informed.</p> <p>It has now been 21 Days and when calling Santam they can not find any information about this claim.</p> <p>Integrisure, Please sort this out a.s.a.p I am sick and tired of chasing up and getting no where.</p>
