3 Weeks and counting

<p>It as been almost 3 weeks since my mother had put in a claim for my laptop, 3 days short of 3 weeks. My laptop is specified for R12000 which makes the monthly payment a bit higher as if it would have been specified for less the monthly payment would decrease. They are not willing to pay out the amount the laptop is specified for. 25% of the R12000 would be the amount which has to be paid in, which leaves us with R9000. They want to payout less. </p>
