I took car insurance in July 2014 on my first car with Momentum through Integricall cc and Shane Martin was my adviser. About a year later (April 2015) i was involved in a car accident and i contacted Integricall cc for advice, that's when i met an angel called Nqobile T**** this wonderful lady gives customer care like you would not believe. She facilitated the entire process and made constant followups and gave me updates on a daily bases until my claim was paid out. I am now a proud owner of a new car and another insurance was recommended and so far so good. I wish all your clients could receive the same treatment i received during my time of need as i believe you have the power to change how people view insurance.
