Horrible experience

<p>I recently moved insurance companies, from King Price to AAA as advised by my brokers Integrical. However I had a car accident which resulted in my car being declared a "write off" according to AAA insurance.</p> <p>My first struggle was getting my claim processed which took approximately two weeks before I could receive a hard earned courtesy car on the third week. I then requested that I receive the papers/quotes that indicates the value of the car damage to declare it a write off but I was denied those papers. Then I have been waiting for almost two weeks now to get my car settled, but no one has come back to me for an additional two weeks!!!!!</p> <p>I can't buy another car, I'm driving a courtesy car which I see as a big risk and I have no one coming back to me regarding the status of my claim. A lady called Tsholo from Integrical has been amazing however AAA Insurance has not been good at all. As it stands I actually doubt the car was written off because of good reasons. . . . .</p>
