DSTV Installer

I made use of Integri-TV when I had problems with my ExtraView decoder.

I originally contacted 2 or 3 other installers but they wanted to charge a fortune for the repairs which I knew were not justified.

I’m talking about 3-4 thousand rands to fix the problem. Absolute madness but it seems to be the standard in this trade and they have an attitude of take it or leave it.

Thank goodness I eventually contacted Integri-TV. They came out almost immediately and are DSTV Certified. They went out of their way to fix the problem, even taking the decoder into DSTV to check the match up.

All this work and a considerable amount of time spent checking connections in the roof etc as well as an up graded dish (mine admittedly was in very poor condition) at not even at third of what I was quoted (excluding a dish) by the other installers.

I am extremely happy with the way they worked and the final job they did, they really go the extra mile.

One thing I learnt from this, is that problems with DSTV can land up costing you a lot of money, if you don’t do your homework and get the right people. (check the Hello Peter website for examples)
