Dr Zita Kerbelker

Dr Kerbelker treated my aunt and she lacked empathy. She has no idea how to interact with patients on a human level. She lacks the ability to admit when she's wrong, suffers from a God complex and hates being challenged. It's her way or the highway, even to the detriment of her patients. She lives for praise but lacks sincerity. She is unilaterally dragging down the name and ratings of this business and her colleagues. Horrifying.
